    Some facilities have policies regarding shift cancellations. Frequent cancellations may impact future job opportunities, so we encourage communication if any scheduling conflicts arise.

  • How long are the typical assignments?

    Assignments vary in length, from per diem (single shifts) to short-term contracts (4–13 weeks) and long-term placements.

  • Who is my employer?

    Your employer depends on your staffing arrangement. If hired by our agency, we handle payroll and benefits. For direct-hire roles, the healthcare facility is your employer.

  • What happens if I want to leave an assignment early?

    If you need to leave an assignment early, please inform us as soon as possible. Depending on the contract terms, there may be penalties or a required notice period.
